Protesters march along Tirana's Ring Road...
After more than four hours on the streets, the protest against the government and the political class continues to mobilize hundreds of citizens in the capital.
After the rally held in front of the Prime Minister's Office, the protesters moved to march through the main streets of Tirana, entering the Small Ring Road and continuing towards the Brryl area and then near the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital Center.
With national flags in their hands and anti-government banners, citizens marched along the Ring Road, attracting the attention of residents and drivers who followed closely. They also created traffic jams, paralyzing traffic on the Ring Road.
Throughout the entire itinerary, there were no shortage of chants that have now become a symbol of protest.
"Rama resign", "Rama in prison, Berisha in prison", "The end has come for you", "New Albania" and "Down with the political caste" were some of the slogans that were constantly heard throughout the march.
Unlike traditional political protests, participants have insisted that the movement does not represent any party and that its goal is to oppose the political class as a whole.
The march continued peacefully, while citizens declared that they will remain on the streets as long as their demands are not answered.
The 14th day of the protest is proving to be one of the longest and most intense so far, with participants moving to several areas of the capital and with a mobilization that, according to protesters, is not decreasing despite the passing of the days.
As the evening progresses, the column of protesters continues to march through the streets of Tirana, conveying the same message that has dominated the protests of the last two weeks: opposition to the government, the opposition, and the entire political elite of the transition.
