Neritan Sejamini, discussing the robbery of properties on the coast, said that it happened in two phases.
Invited to the show "Te Paespozuarit", Sejamini said that the second stage of the robbery is happening in the protected areas. He added that the oligarchs knew that the government would change the law by allowing constructions and bought land at ridiculous prices, which today have staggering values and are expected to use them.
" You have a protected area by the sea, which has private ownership, the price of the land is minimal. A peasant sells the land for 10 euros per square meter. The oligarchs come and buy land in the protected areas en masse, in Vlora, Zvrnec, Lezha, at ridiculous prices.
The government changes the law on protected areas. From land of minimal value, with a government decision, the value is doubled. Tell me, is there any possibility that the oligarch bought this land without knowing that the law would change?
In Albania, as soon as construction begins in the protected areas, you will see the owners. So after the coast was robbed with Law 7501, now the next phase is the construction in the protected areas when the oligarchs have bought these lands in advance" , said Sejamini.
