Journalist Klodiana Lala has stated that there are a number of questions that the Prosecutor's Office must clarify regarding the strategic investment of the former deputy of the Socialist Party, Artan Gaçi.
While commenting on the arrest of Jorgo Goro, Lala said that SPAK should focus on the money being invested.
" Gaçi was interrogated as a person with knowledge by the Special Prosecutor's Office. So far, his name has not been registered as a person under investigation. The law is clear about strategic investments. If it turns out that during this strategic investment the property was acquired with forged documents, the status should automatically be removed. This makes me suspect that the arrest of Mr. Goro is simply cutting a segment to stop the investigation. The prosecution must see about the money that is being invested.
