Journalist Basir Çollaku commented on SPAK's operation in Elbasan. He stated that Altin Dumani is aware of the files, where people from the justice system and police officers are involved, who have gone to interceptions, referring to the files brought by EU partner countries.
Çollaku said that Dumani has on the table the names of judges and special prosecutors, against whom arrest warrants are about to be issued.
According to him, today you can confidently say that we are dealing with a criminal organization, within the justice system itself, due to their involvement in cooperation with organized crime and criminal gangs.
"Dumani is well informed about who are the magistrates and policemen involved in the wiretapping. There are special prosecutors and judges within the system, or did you not mention the ones on the table, 4 of them are in the file and you can arrest them today or tomorrow. There are judges who have not been convinced by SPAK's demands, and the latter has lost patience, suspecting and investigating communications with these judges who have not decided criminal prosecution.
We have a large organization within the justice system, and the first data that arrived in the file were about 300 police officers. How many prosecutors and judges are there related to organized crime? Then you can call it a criminal organization within the justice system.
