At the moment when he does not receive the status of asylum seeker, where will this person go because normally he cannot be kept locked up.
The Migrants Convention does not allow it as it can appeal the decision. How will he be treated as an immigrant who will go to Italy or Albania. Albania cannot be an inn without gates that anyone can come here. I expect the prime minister of my country to come out and answer today and say that a person who does not earn the status will be sent back by the first plane or the first ship ," she said.
