Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço, during discussions on the Top Story show, focused on the points that SPAK qualifies as intimidation or threats in his work.
According to him, there is a discussion not about dissolving SPAK, but about dissolving the GJKKO (Special Court) and for the regular prosecution to make decisions about SPAK investigations. This, Karamuço says, could act as a threat to SPAK.
"It is currently being discussed... that they may have a plan to dissolve the Special Court, to have a full court of ordinary jurisdiction, where a section would make decisions on SPAK investigations. These things are being looked at in a systemic spirit, but do these go to the point of substantial changes, but the fact that you are discussing it means that 'I have you in focus'", said Karamuço.
