Currently, RTSH has 110 bosses and 1380 employees, 410 added in the last 4 years, as well as there are 13 boards and shadow councils with 5-15 members who are paid with ostensibly monthly fees, but receive more than the average salaries in this television, among them "Council for Listeners" with 15 members, 7 experts and 4 consultants...
On Monday, the Assembly signed a resolution sent to RTSH, with requests for financial and economic transparency, income, number of employees, boards and councils, expenses for programs, festivals, tenders, diets, trips abroad, number of employees and salary level.
If the Assembly really intends to take the initiative for financial transparency in RTSH to the end, we are also making available Decision No. 8, dated February 27, 2023, which shows what is done with public funds and revenues.
With this decision, the Directorate, the Economic-Financial Administration Board and the Governing Council, in bargaining with each other, have increased salaries by 10%, which, referring to salaries in RTSH, the increase results in 1 village and city minimum pension.
Request-Proposal for salary increase was made by the Board of Financial Administration, with Letter No. 01/2 Prot., dated January 19, 2023, while the Supervisory Council led by Leka Bungo, approved it on February 27, 2023, with the note: "Shall be implemented immediately".

This salary increase was made without first obtaining the approval of the Ministry of Finance, as the funding budget authority in the amount of 6 million Euros per year for RTSH, and even leaves 100% of the value of 12 million Euros per year that it forcibly extorts from the TV tax.
In the same way, the government does not receive a penny from RTSH, not even from the 3 million Euros per year, income from advertisements, programs, donations, antennas, broadcasting signals that it sells to private parties, etc.
In order to hide it as if it is not a salary increase, the Board of Administration and the Governing Council have treated it as a "salary increase", when this term does not appear in the financial actions carried out by RTSH.
The Ministry of Finance will soon start in RTSH, an audit for the legality, effectiveness and reality of the use of funds in the last 5 years, which for each year is 21 million Euros.
According to the information that "Pamphlet" has, and according to the signal given by the Resolution of the Assembly for transparency, there is a project so that RTSH will not have more than 350 employees; to reduce by 60% the annual fund given by the state; the government to receive 50% of the revenue from the TV tax and to be taxed at 20% of the revenue.
Because currently, RTSH has 110 bosses and 1380 employees, 410 added in the last 4 years, as well as there are 13 boards and shadow councils, which are paid with allegedly royalties, but receive more than the average salaries in this television, among them the "Council of Listeners" with 15 members, 7 experts and 4 consultants./ Pamphlet
