The Fier Prosecutor's Office requested the confiscation of the property of a drug convict.
Official sources informed that it is about the citizen with the initials MK, who was convicted for the criminal offense "production and sale of narcotics".
The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Fier General Jurisdiction has completed the investigations of the property proceeding no. 2 of 2022 and based on law no. 10192, dated 03.12.2009 "On preventing and combating organized crime, trafficking and corruption through preventive measures against property", as amended, has sent to the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Fier the request for the confiscation of the property of the MK citizen, like below:
- Property of the "apartment" type, with an area of 103m2, Cadastral Zone 8270, Tirana
The investigation has shown that this wealth is not justified by legal income, but is derived from the criminal activity of the MK citizen, convicted for the criminal offense "production and sale of narcotics", provided for by Article 283 of the Criminal Code.
