The criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço, has stated that for all the information that has been disclosed through the Sky application, a second SPAK would be needed, just from the volume of work.
In an interview for the "Review" show on "Euronews Albania", he stated that there are prosecutors who have completed a specific training for this application, how it works and how it is investigated.
According to him, the information released by SKY is too voluminous and it is impossible for SPAK to investigate it without international help.
" My absolute opinion is that for Sky we should set up another SPAK. There is an extraordinary volume that is coming and it has been stated by some SPAK prosecutors that this case with so much volume that is coming, with international cooperation, it is physically impossible for us to handle this in the shortest possible time and to give direction to the investigations. It is not a file, they are endless information that goes to SPAK with concrete files. 10 days ago, some of my prosecutor friends participated in a training that took place at the cyber war center in Montenegro where the French prosecutors who were investigating Sky in their country came, the ones who started this process with the Americans and made you 1 week of training, Monday-Friday, what Sky is about, how they investigated and all that," explained Karamuço.
