Sources from QSUT informed that he passed away this morning.
Pal Trashaj, the 63-year-old who drank photoxy in front of SPAK yesterday afternoon, has passed away.
The 63-year-old from Lezha was the victim of a financial fraud scheme with microcredits that affected a very high number of citizens in Albania. Sources from QSUT informed that he passed away this morning.
He had gone to meet a BKH investigator in SPAK, said the Special Prosecutor's Office.
The 63-year-old, who was known as a historian in his city, and held the post of DP in this city, 2007 - 2009, for years has denounced the ordeal with the loan received, which then multiplied over the years until the blocking of wealth.
It is learned that Pal Trashaj had a remaining loan since 2008, in the amount of 760 thousand old lek (76 thousand new lek) at NOA. Pal Trashaj's loan was bought by MCA, which demanded 4.8 million ALL, blocking everything for 5 years: the house, the land, the car and the salary where he worked.
Trashaj demanded that SPAK take over the issue of the robbery of his property by bailiffs, for whom he had earlier filed a civil lawsuit in the Court of Lezha. He claimed that he had repaid the loan and that the actions taken to seize his property were illegal.
Meanwhile, the National Commercial Bank also became part of the robbery, which blocked the 63-year-old's salary account. In a document published in the media, it seems that the executor is Helidon Xindi, one of the names that appeared in the prosecution's file for the affairs of Microcredit Albania. BKT itself, in an answer that it sent back to Trashaj, states that it was forced to implement the decision of the fraudulent bailiff.
"Based on your letter recorded with us on 05.07.2022, regarding the request for the "Release of accounts placed on your accounts by the enforcement office Helidon Djindi", we inform you that: The position and role of the bank in this process is of the nature passive and is obliged to implement enforcement orders, respecting BSH Instruction No. 2 and the legislation in force. "Private Judicial Bailiffs licensed by the Ministry of Justice. We clarify that the seizure order on your accounts was ordered by the bailiff Helidon Djindi, who is licensed by the Ministry of Justice," says BKT.

For its part, SPAK itself has transferred its lawsuit to another prosecutor's office and the citizen has not been ignored at all today. He requested a meeting with a BKH investigator, but they left him outside for hours and then, the citizen was forced to commit the extreme act. So, it seems that microcredit thieves are not only destroying families, but also risking lives. / Pamphlet
