According to Haxhiu, now that Trump has won and Albania is advancing towards the EU, SPAK is no longer necessary.
The oligarchs' realtor Baton Haxhiu, part of Ilir Meta's corruption dossier, who appears as an analyst on television, last night proposed the dissolution of SPAK after creating fear among the ranks of elite corruption and criminal groups.
According to Haxhiu, now that Trump has won and Albania is advancing towards the EU, SPAK is no longer necessary.
SPAK investigations revealed that Baton Haxhiu was part of Ilir Meta's money laundering scheme in collaboration with oligarchs. A villa in Golem that Meta had bought for 60 thousand USD and fictitiously sold for 300 thousand euros, ended up in Baton Haxhiu's ownership. There are suspicions that Haxhiu is camouflaging Ilir Meta's illegal assets.
The publication of the payroll revealed that Baton Haxhiu was paid 18 thousand USD per month by another oligarch, without doing anything. It is suspected that Haxhiu intervened with Edi Rama to give public money to this oligarch and the latter fabricated Haxhiu's 'employment' to pay him for the work of the realtor.
Baton Haxhiu turns out to have also received money from incinerators through his own peripheral portal. Haxhiu appears as a broker in many other dirty deals between oligarchs and the government in several other SPAK files.
"What I think, SPAK depends on two people, one is Edi Rama and the other is Sali Berisha, everything else is a fairy tale. If there was once pressure to create fear in Albania, now SPAK is the need to get justice back on track. If the US considers that Albania has reached a stage where theft and corruption have been dealt with, we will soon have a new criminal law from the two leaders, where articles will be introduced that SPAK loses its power even with its existence. The previous administration fought for certain articles, such as abuse of office, but this will change. If it enters the new criminal law, then the basis of justice takes on another dimension. This special justice of SPAK will be unnecessary," said Haxhiu./Prapaskena
