Prince Leka and Elia Zaharia are provided with a protection order.
This Thursday in the Civil Court of Tirana, a hearing was held regarding 3 requests for a protection order, namely of Leka Zogut ll, Elia Zaharija and the father of the latter, Gjergj Zaharija.
For the first two, the request has been approved by the black platoons, and from today, immediate protection is ordered for Lekë Zogu ll and his wife, with whom Elia Zaharia is in the divorce process.
The couple must keep a distance of 5 m from each other, Leka must meet the child not in the presence of Elias but of the nanny.
Leka Zogu II was not present but was represented by his lawyer.
Meanwhile, the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has started investigations after the report to the police for the criminal offense "Domestic Violence", and investigations are also being carried out for the release of the footage that Leka Zogu ll made available to the police as material evidence.
