Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has called yesterday's protest in Himare senseless, for the release of Fredi Beleri.
In an interview for Euronews Albania, he underlined that Greece threatens in vain, since Albania has no debt. Among other things, Ngjela said that Albanians have been a positive phenomenon for the Greek economy.
" Greece has threatened in vain, why would we break relations with Greece, we do not owe Greece anything. I have not seen that they are useful. There is a large emigration in Greece. Great Greek economists have said that the arrival of Albanians in Greece has brought a very big positive phenomenon to the growth of the Greek economy. We have helped them. Albanians have had their problems but it has helped them too, why should this relationship be broken? "- he said.
