Analyst Armand Shkullaku has spoken about the arrest of the president of PL, Ilir Meta, and about the investigations carried out by SPAK against him.
In the "Opinion" show, Shkullaku made a comparison of the investigative file against Meta and the investigative file against the former deputy of the SP, Jurgis Çyrbja.
He says that Meta's file was published immediately, while for Çyrbe's file there is a decision not to publish it. The analyst says that this decision was made because, according to him, other high-ranking officials, even ministers, are included in the Çyrbe file.
" The new justice has made a decision. The file of the intellectual Çyrbja does not have the right to be made public, while that of Ilir Meta was made public without a file being made yet. It was distributed two days ago. There is no court decision for this, to keep top secret. Where people, businessmen, officials, politicians are mentioned, it comes out freely. Where the names of police leaders, high state officials are mentioned. So the Court has made a decision only on the files of SKY and EncoChat.
Why did he make this decision? Because in the first file SPAK prosecutors came out, government ministers came out, district prosecutors came out, people in power came out who are connected and work for organized crime, for unlocking properties, assets, for money in exchange for favors, etc. . In the Çyrbe file, it is stated in SPAK's announcement that there are senior administration officials whom we have not yet identified, SPAK claims. They are known for who they are. Who has the information, who is wanted? And of course if they want to take them out, they take them out. This is the difference between the two files ," Shkullaku said.
