The Albanian Road Authority has announced the blocking of the old Durres road as part of the works being carried out for the construction of the Durres-Tirana railway line.
ARRSH announces that the road segment near Rashbulli will be blocked from 10:00 p.m. tonight until 05:00 a.m. tomorrow.
The circulation of vehicles will be possible only through the main road Tirana-Durres.
"Following the works being carried out in the project "Reconstruction of the railway line Durrës-Tirana Public Transport Terminal (TPT) and the new railway line to the international airport of Rinas (ANR)", road traffic will be blocked in km 4+762, the segment where the old Durrës road connects with the railway in Rashbull.
Vehicles will be directed to cross the Tirana-Durrës highway.
In order not to block the circulation of vehicles during the day, the blockade will start tonight at 10:00 p.m. until 05:00 a.m.
The implementing company in cooperation with ARRSH and the Traffic Police have taken all measures for traffic management.
We ask for the understanding of the drivers and residents of the area for this intervention", says the ARRSH announcement.
