Another piece of information came to "Pamphlet" from Ardit Ndreaj, a resident of the Geg-Hysen area in Tropoja, who denounces the "cub" Avni Byberi, owner of the company "Byberi Sh.pk" and the son of his uncle Rexh Byberi, Chairman of the Municipality, who are acting as if they own the Municipality and all of Tropoja.
The whistleblower Ardit Ndreaj writes: - I am the owner of the land, where Avni Byberi, with the official support of his uncle's son, the mayor and the police, is building a factory for the production of asphalt-concrete, robbing the owners and threatening the residents and agro-tourism businesses. who are protesting against the poisoning of life, land, water and livestock.
The complainant says that the land where the factory is being built is the property of our "Ndreaj" family, inherited from generation to generation; even there, in accordance with the law, they also had an inert business, with which they survived economically, but together with the land Avni Byberi, supported by the mayor Rexh Byberi, occupied it.
The truth is that the businessman Avni Byberi is from another area, but with the power of power and the black connections he has with the leaders of the police and other law-enforcement institutions, he stole the land and the business of Ardi Ndreaj's family, with fraud as if it is state land, through fake papers from the uncle's son, the mayor.
The asphalt-concrete factory was destroyed by IKMT, but Avni Byberi has started to build it again, while IKMT is not going to block the works, demolish it again, seize the machines, fine it 50-100 million ALL and prosecute it legally.
While the state police, of course by order from the bosses of Tirana, instead arrest Avni Byberi for construction without permission and occupation of public and private property; is becoming a party to it, allowing the continuation of the construction of the factory without permission and against the will of the residents and agro-tourism businesses that do not accept the destruction of the environment.
In fact, the police and the prosecutor's office of Kukës-Tropojë and SPAK, although they have dozens of denunciations and 7 criminal reports, are not starting the proceedings and investigation, for construction without permission and fraud by forging signatures of the residents, which Avni Byberi used in the Municipality of Tropoja and at the Ministry of Environment, where he received a false permit.
The falsification of the firms has created premises for the birth of serious physical conflicts with consequences, because the residents have been threatened with murder and kidnapping of children, by the businessman Avni Byberi, the mayor Rexh Byberi and the criminals paid by them; to scare them not to protest or file criminal charges against the cancerous asphalt-concrete factory that is being built in the middle of their residential area./ Pamphlet
