New government, Kreshnik Spahiu: Rama can dismiss all ministers, 3 names that

Analyst Kreshnik Spahiu stated that Prime Minister Edi Rama is expected to change at least 90% of his government cabinet and only 2-3 ministers can be saved and retain their portfolios, while he will choose technocratic ministers, to achieve the goal of EU integration.

The lawyer explained that unlike the DP, which is antagonistic, the Socialist Party produces opposition within itself and issues in various crisis situations, especially when there are problems with justice, not sparing even leading figures.

And this is the strategy of Prime Minister Edi Rama, who now has only two main political concerns, the one with the internationals for integration and the justice that has targeted the government cabinet.

"What happens with the SP is a problem in itself. Every time the SP has a crisis, there are protests from the opposition, there are natural disasters or problems with SPAK, it does not shrink but strengthens. It creates problems within itself, demolishes bars, hotels, restaurants, changes leaders, so it creates an opposition within itself every time there is a crisis. If Berisha has a variant with protests and protests or a technical government and revolution, Rama is more readable. Unlike Berisha who does not change people, Rama has no problem taking 16 anonymous people into so many ministries, who do not have a media profile, because this works best in a party that has had problems with SPAK and the judiciary", Spahiu told Report TV.

Spahiu thinks that Rama will have a government with more technocratic ministers in September, not to mention that he will change the entire cabinet.

"I think he will make a government of technocrats, even within the framework of EU integration, to be people who are associable and excellent with international contact in the EU, with the aim of integration. He no longer has a problem with votes. He only has two problems: Internationalists and Justice. So I think he will target people educated abroad and who are far from the affairs and files that SPAK and justice are investigating," he continued.

Asked who the ministers or SP figures would be who would retain their portfolios in the next government, he mentioned 3 names.

"I don't think there will be more than 2 people from the current government in the cabinet, because they are in Parliament. He is moving with the principle of 'changing horses', refreshing the cabinet. I think Balluku and Gonxhe can continue, as well as Spiropali, I believe they are the safest there, I think the others will move on", the analyst stressed.
