One of the citizens who participated in the protest held in front of the Parliament criticized Prime Minister Edi Rama, stating that the document presented under the name "Besa", according to him, is not addressed to the protesters, but to the supporters of the majority.
During his speech, he accused the government of failures in healthcare and infrastructure, while saying that protesters should not retreat.
"We are the voice of a people who have chosen to be heard. They proposed a 40-page document called 'Besa', but Besa is not addressed to us because we have not been with it. It is for 800 thousand voters. Healthcare is zero, roads are zero, so it is a shame for us to extinguish this protest. We have remained silent for 35 years, but not anymore. Those who sit in front of the TV with popcorn, I tell you to come out and break your fear," he said.
