Analyst Sami Neza has stated that the accusations, debates and attacks coming from the opposition towards SPAK cannot be put on the same scale as those coming from the government.
According to him, when the government addresses SPAK, they did so having a political power behind it with a large infrastructure which could function as pressure on this institution even more than a statement from the opposition itself.
Citing a statement of the Prime Minister Mr. Rama, who according to Neza put pressure on SPAK, he said that "we remember that Mr. Rama has asked SPAK not to investigate the decision-making of the parliament, taking care to call this as preserving the independence of the authorities in Albania".
Analyst Sami Neza called on the SPAK institution to go and investigate the government's corrupt acts.
"If there are decisions in Albania that are against the public interest, against the interest of the citizens. have led to damage to the state budget and SPAK should go and investigate this financial damage. International reports show that custom laws have been made in Albania. It is quite normal that with this expectation that the citizens have, SPAK should investigate these corrupt acts that have hidden the corruption", said Neza, among other things, in the show "3D".
