Analyst Preç Zogaj, commenting on the main findings of the OSCE/ODIHR report on the May 11 election campaign, stated that, in addition to the facts that show that the elections were not equal.
He added that observers did not bring their own data on vote-buying and election incidents, leaving the blame for these two important aspects of the elections to the orphans.
"They are all realistic and it is the strongest part of the report that there are many concrete facts that say in relation to that the elections were unequal. The biggest problem of elections in Albania, even within parties, is inequality. Equality is a very important element. Here are listed activities of the SP that are not allowed, an accusation of violation of equality in elections.
"The OSCE/ODIHR delegates the vote-buying to the accusations made by the parties, it does not refer to anything of its own. The same goes for the rest, the election incidents, which refer to the claims of the parties. In this case, both parties find themselves in the right because the blame remains an orphan ," Zogaj said on the show "The Unexposed."
