Journalist Robert Rakipllari and analyst Alfred Lela debated while talking about Rama's changes in the government.

Lela: Agreeing on the vote of the diaspora, which is the only point that is called reform. PD requested it in 2012, it is not new. A decision of the Constitutional Court is not electoral reform.
Rakipllari: The decision of the CJK has been violated. I'm not giving an opinion here, but it's a fact.
