Journalist Robert Rakipllari and analyst Alfred Lela debated while talking about Rama's changes in the government.
Teka spoke about the current situation in the SP, Rakipllari said that unable to escape by himself, Rama creates the idea as if he is making changes.
While Lela stated that there was no electoral reform, as she added that the agreement on the vote of the diaspora is the only point that is called reform.
Conversation between them:
Rakipllari: The Rama Berisha agreement, all other developments are for me the inertia of this agreement. A duopoly has been created between these people who have given up, regardless of the fiery language that Berisha uses, Rama does not even mention nongrata anymore. This agreement has closed the possibility for dissidence within the parties.
The main event is Rama-Berisha, the electoral reform that defines other things. It is a reaction to meritocracy. Everything that happened at the SP congress is a consequence. Rama, unable to escape on his own, creates the idea that he is making changes. The idea is created as if something changes, but these are experiments that must be seen for their value. In SP, dissatisfaction has been caused but there is zero possibility of reaction.
Lela: The term electoral reform either falls short, or burdens someone, or is an abuse. There was no electoral reform.
Rakipllari: You look like Chuchi to me when you talk like that
Lela: Agreeing on the vote of the diaspora, which is the only point that is called reform. PD requested it in 2012, it is not new. A decision of the Constitutional Court is not electoral reform.
Rakipllari: The decision of the CJK has been violated. I'm not giving an opinion here, but it's a fact.
