The member of the Presidency of the Freedom Party, lawyer Genc Gjokutaj, has spoken about the clashes between Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi within the party. He said that all movements are aimed at the reorganization and reformation of the Freedom Party.
Gjokutaj added that the two bells that make the reorganization as urgent as possible are the May 14 elections and the arrest of Berisha through an unconstitutional process.
"There are two bells that make it urgent to reformat and reorganize the Freedom Party and prepare for the next party elections, to run as a modern party. These cannot be done in a day. The first bell is the election result. The loser when he is the victim of an electoral system captured, massacred and accepted by the internationals, are vital evidence for the political opponent for the next elections. The second bell was the arrest of Berisha through a scandalous and unconstitutional process which the Freedom Party has carefully studied.
The arrest of Berisha is not a blow to a person, but it is a blow to the leader of the opposition", said Gjokutaj.
