This call comes from detention 313 with the confession of the headman of the village of Noje, Haxhi Murati, who has been detained for a year on the charge of abuse of office.
As a local administrator since 2015, he has been escorted by the local police dozens of times after destroying plots in the mountains. But recently he ended up under investigation by SPAK, which hit a structured criminal group.
However, the investigation proved that the old man did not know any of the members of the group and that the offense he had committed was one that penalizes any old man. He had not seen the drug growers and what happened in the village he administered. For this reason, the SPAK declared its lack of competence and transferred the investigation of the 70-year-old to an ordinary prosecutor's office, which suspects him of abuse of office because he did not act according to his competences.
Without a court decision whether he is guilty or not, the elderly person has posted requests to the court not only with the argument of age, innocence but also that they forgot him in the cell.
