Snowfall has returned to the Korça region. The Albanian Road Authority has called on drivers to be careful while driving in these areas.
Through a public announcement, the ARA emphasizes that at the Kapshtica Customs, in Korça-Dardhe, Korça-Voskopojë, Korça-Ersekë, Ersekë-Leskovik, snowplows are on the ground working to clear the roads of snow and distribute salt so that traffic can flow smoothly.

"In the early hours of the morning, snowfall began in the Korça Region. At the Kapshtica Customs, in Korça-Dardhe, Korça-Voskopojë, Korça-Ersekë, Ersekë-Leskovik, snowplows are on the ground and are working to clear the roads of snow and distribute salt. Traffic is moving smoothly.
"Drivers should exercise extra caution when driving due to the moisture on the road, and should be equipped with winter tires and chains when traveling to mountainous areas with the presence of snow," the announcement states.
