For the week ahead, our country will continue to be affected by stable weather conditions while another heat wave is expected. This situation comes again as a result of hot air masses of African origin.
However, unlike what we experienced in the first weeks of July, this heat wave comes more "softened" and lasts only a few days with relatively high temperatures. In this way, only on Monday and Tuesday (not excluding Friday) it is expected that the temperatures in the midday values will reach values of 39-40 degrees Celsius, while then for the other days the temperatures will remain at high values but they are values that are included in the monthly climate average for our country.
From what is understood and above, the weather is predicted to be clear in the whole territory for all the days and full sunny hours.
For all vacationers near the coast (and not only) problematic for Monday and Tuesday will be the wind which will blow relatively intense (and locally intense) with direction from the north square and average speed up to 8-10 m/s. However, from Wednesday onwards the wind intensity decreases with an average speed of 1-5 m/s and the main direction is again from the northern quadrant.
