The resumption of discussions on Electoral Reform, Nazarko shows the

Analyst Mentor Nazarko spoke about the electoral reform, as he focused on the positions of the majority and the opposition.

In an interview for "Abc News", Nazarko said that the beginning of this negotiation process is not a constitutional obligation, but the product of a political agreement.

According to him, there is a risk that due to the division that exists within the opposition, Prime Minister Rama may try to solve it constitutionally.

Excerpts from the studio discussion :

Mentor Nazarko: Basha's release had a bit of protagonist mania

Roland Bejko: In December, there were both representatives of ODHIR, there is no mediation, there is support. Basha says support. Basha says that with the commitment of internationals, we achieved cooperation so that we can convince the other side. Our approach to non-women does not change.

Mentor Nazarko: That Basha is trying to capitalize on all the political battles, it is within the ambition, but today's meeting of the OSCE with the two is an indication that a process has been set in motion.

Roland Bejko: It is important to open the lists, to make Albania an electoral area, to have counting and electronic voting. This is the package that DP has led, no one else has a public statement.

Plarent Ndreca: We will take the proposals seriously, even small parties or civil society. Electronic voting takes a long time, even this early is something that should be discussed.

Nazarko: The beginning of this negotiation process, we must say that from a constitutional point of view, the obligation for an election commission is not a constitutional obligation, but a product of a political agreement. But what is at stake? There is a risk that due to the division that exists within the opposition, Rama may try to solve it constitutionally. So it will become a real part, or it will give up, this is also the value of what is starting to move.

Roland Bejko: Berisha is not interested, he was against changing the system. Now we are at the stage where they don't want change.
