The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Vlora seized 30 assets in Himare registered in the name of citizens JJ and KJ under investigation for the criminal offenses of 'Forgery of Documents' committed more than once and 'Cleaning of products of criminal offense or criminal activity'.
In the framework of criminal proceedings no. 51 of 2021, the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Vlora, found during the investigations that the properties, totaling 247,000 square meters in Himarë, with a value of about 35 million euros, have been profited by the above persons through forged documents.
During the investigations, the Prosecutor's Office managed to prove that the main document that served for the registration and appropriation of these properties in the Court of Appeal of Vlora, was forged.
Consequently, at the request of the prosecution, the court ordered the preventive seizure of 30 properties in Cadastral Area 1592 in Himare.
