Shemsi Prençi, candidate for deputy in the Tirana District with the Euro-Atlantic Party, speaking on 'Të Pashog' about the eavesdropping devices that have been installed by the Government, said that there is no longer a need for SPAK to eavesdrop, but for the Government to eavesdrop.
Prençi said that regimes are being installed in Albania and the model of Turkey and Serbia has been copied.
"All Albanians have been wiretapped. Institutions under the Prime Minister's control are conducting wiretaps beyond the law, so the rights of every citizen are being violated, we have lost our privacy," said Prençi.
He said that the Prime Minister declared that he would watch us from above with those satellites even when they were planting potatoes, but he realized that with this model he could not keep Albanians under control, and now we have mass surveillance.
Prençi said that we have the same model as in the time of Enver Hoxha, with the only difference that the wiretapping is done with modern equipment and not like at that time, when the spy could also be a family member.
