Analyst Ergys Mërtiri commented on the Lapaj-Shabani clash over the deputy's mandate.
He said that Adriatik Lapaj has lost hopes of becoming an MP, after the Complaints and Sanctions Commission rejected the complaint of the leader of "Albania Becomes".
Mërtiri said that this whole situation turned into a comic soap opera and that this whole situation should have been avoided by the young people at least. Mërtiri also said that it would be good for Lapaj and Shabani to withdraw.
"This odyssey is a comical aspect. The biggest problem is Lapaj's statement before the elections that I will not get the mandate if we only get one. Now he is making this whole war and that makes it even more comical. In what we have not seen from what the old people do. So we have objects for comical soap operas. But in any case, the young people deserve to be in Parliament. But like these people have done, I would say that we would withdraw, if I were in Tiku's place," he told "Abc News".
