The Council of Ministers has appointed the new director of the National Gallery of Arts.
During a meeting held today, Adela Demetja was appointed to this position. The decision was made upon the proposal of the Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation.

APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL GALLERY OF ARTS
In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and Article 9 of Law No. 10352, dated 18.11.2010, “On Art and Culture”, as amended, upon the proposal of the Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, the Council of Ministers.
DECIDED:
Ms. Adela Demetja is appointed director of the National Gallery of Arts.
"This decision takes effect immediately," the announcement said.
