Independent candidate for the Municipality of Tirana, Florjan Binaj, has started his electoral campaign with a video denunciation showing the horror of the capital's residents every time it rains.
In a video published on his social network "Facebook", Binaj chooses to drive around Tirana on a rainy day, but this seems an impossible mission, due to the chaos that is created in the capital.
"The municipality is doing propaganda because it doesn't care about traffic, or about you, or about me, or about us! The only solution is to unite and act ," Binaj writes alongside the video.
