Lawyer Gylsen Zhllima has stated that the administrator or technical manager of the factory where the explosion occurred with 2 victims and several injured in Lushnja, can be sentenced from 5 to 35 years in prison.

The lawyer also explains that such sentences usually go up to 7 years in prison.
"Violation of the rules at work which means when there is the death of a person and damage to other injured persons. Because here we have people who have lost their lives and people who have been injured from the same criminal offense, it means that the sentence is not less than 5 years, but at most it goes to 35 years.
This is for the administrator and responsible person. If you have a technical manager, then it is for the technical manager. They bear criminal responsibility. After 2017, we also punish the legal entity. So 3 people. We must bear in mind that these cases usually range from 7 years and below.
