"Hope is dying", Tupja: Things in Albania are going very badly, politicians have a big responsibility

Professor, writer and translator, Edmond Tupja, in a television interview talked about the main events of 2023.

He said that the year we are leaving behind was disappointing and that things in Albania are not going well.

" Disappointing in the sense that we are moving away from the state we dream of approaching. There is a certain doom in the sense that things are not going well.

Things in Albania are going very badly. I am personally very disappointed, because we do what should not be done.

And our politicians have a great responsibility for this. I see that hope is dying, if it is dead but not yet buried.

We can no longer say hope dies last because hope is gone. There is no more hope. The young people want to leave, the village was emptied ", said Tupja in "Ora News".
