The Ministry of Defense and the National Civil Protection Agency have published the latest data regarding the fire situation in the country.
In a recent announcement, it is reported that the number of active fires has decreased by three, but the situation in the south of the country was described as critical, mainly in the Delvina area, where there is a massive fire that is approaching the city and is burning everything.
Of the 34 outbreaks registered today, 27 are active and 7 are under monitoring.
"Currently, 34 fires have been reported in the country's territory, of which 27 are active and 7 are being monitored. The most problematic situation continues to be in the south of the country, with high risk to protected areas, housing and infrastructure," the Ministry of Defense announced.
The situation remains problematic in Gramsh, Finiq, Lekël and Hormovë in Tepelena, Terpan and Plasnik in Poliçan.
The ministry also provides details from the fire in Delvinë, where the city is also at risk, after the villages of Pecë, Kranë, Krongj, Kardhikaq and Sirakat. The evacuation of residents in the endangered areas continues. An AF helicopter, 2 Greek PZL aircraft, 1 Czech helicopter and 1 Slovak helicopter have operated on the ground.
The Municipality of Delvina is opening protective strips with scrap metal, while additional air support is required due to the high risk.

Vlora Region
Delvina Municipality – The fire that started in Finiq has spread to the territory of Delvina, endangering the city, after the villages of Pecë, Kranë, Krongj, Kardhikaq and Sirakat. The evacuation of residents in the endangered areas continues. The AF helicopter, 2 Greek PZL aircraft, 1 Czech and 1 Slovak helicopter have operated on the ground. The Delvina Municipality is opening protective belts with scrap, while additional air support is required due to the high risk.
Sevaster Village, Unit A. Sevaster – The Selenica fire engine and its crew are on the scene. The flames, fanned by the wind and terrain, are threatening several homes. The evacuation of residents has begun.
Mesaplik Village, A. Brataj Municipality – The fire has reached large proportions, endangering homes. The Vlora fire brigade is intervening with equipment and personnel, while the evacuation of residents continues.
Dropull Municipality – The fire coming from Finiqi has spread from the heights above the village of Goric to the village of Dhuvjan (former military department of Leftokare). 20 forces from the Dropull municipality are keeping it under monitoring. There is no danger to homes.
"Rëzom" Park - "Lucës" Peak - The fire in the area with bushes and forest continues to be active. The rugged terrain does not allow intervention with vehicles, but AdZM will carry out interventions in the early hours of the morning.

Ternovë, Zerqan – Bulqizë – Zjarri ka marrë përmasa të mëdha. Po punojnë forcat e MZSH-së, pyjores, bashkisë dhe kompanive minerare, si dhe 30 trupa FA.
Mali me Gropa, Biz – Martanesh – Vatër në zonë të mbrojtur, larg zonave të banuara. Monitorim nga AdZM dhe njësia vendore.
Fshati Luzni – Zjarri rrezikoi banesat, por forcat operacionale arritën ta vendosin nën kontroll.
Xibër Murriz – Klos – Vatër nën monitorim, pa rrezik.
Qarku Berat
Fshati Rehovë – Poliçan – Riaktivizim me përmasa të mëdha, që po prek fshatrat Rehovë, Vokopolë, Zhapokikë, Plashnik e Panarit, si dhe Rezervatin e Mbrojtur “Balloll”. Kërkohet ndërhyrje nga ajri.
Në fshatin Vokopolë u evakuuan banorët. Në vendngjarje janë edhe efektivë të FA dhe forca nga bashkitë përreth. Situata është kritike.
Fshati Mbrakull – Poliçan – Zjarri ka kaluar pranë ujësjellësit dhe qytetit. Po punojnë 35 forca FA, 65 forca MZSH, 15 forca bashkiake dhe mjetet zjarrfikëse të zonës.
Fshati Velçan – Sinjë – Vatër nën monitorim.
Fshati Orizaj – Qendër Skrapar – Zjarr në sipërfaqe me shkurre, po monitorohet.
Qarku Tiranë
Spanesh – Rrogozhinë – Zjarri pranë banesave, është kryer evakuim i banorëve.
Ferraj dhe Zall-Herr – Tiranë – Forcat zjarrfikëse dhe APR po punojnë për izolimin.
Damjan dhe Isufaj – Vaqarr – Vatra e madhe po përparon drejt Pezë Helmës. Po ndërhyhet me 20 forca zjarrfikëse dhe mjete.
Mali i Bërzhitës – Ibë – Vatra aktive, pa rrezik të menjëhershëm.
Qarku Gjirokastër
Hormovë – Tepelenë – Zjarri rrezikon banesat, është kryer evakuimi i banorëve. Ndërsa të gjitha strukturat janë në terren.
Koshtan – Memaliaj. Zjarri ka përhapje të madhe. Banorët janë evakuuar, por 3 banesa janë përfshirë nga zjarri. Forcat zjarrfikëse me mjetin zjarrfikës si dhe forca vullnetare dhe Policia e Shtetit janë pozicionuar në sheshin e Teqesë dhe po punojnë për të ruajtur banesat e tjera.
Turan – Tepelenë – Janë djegur dy stalla bagëtish. Po punojnë forcat tokësore dhe ajrore.
Qarku Elbasan
Kullollas – Gramsh – Situatë e rënduar, është raportuar një humbje jete. Banorët janë evakuuar. Për shkak të flakëve janë bllokuar edhe disa rrugë që lidhin fshatrat. Në bashkinë Gramsh janë marrë masa për strehimin e banorëve të evakuuar.
Mukaj and Sojnik – Gramsh – Problematic situation. Over 150 forces are working to isolate the fire in the area with bushes and thorns. Intervention with 50 operational forces of the Armed Forces has been requested. Firefighting forces from Elbasan and Gramsh are also on the ground near the villages of Snosëm and Sojnik, accompanied by municipal employees and residents of the area.
Shkodra District
Xath – Fushë Arrëz – Over 170 forces and vehicles are being deployed. Thanks to the coordinated intervention, it has so far been possible to save homes that were at risk in the villages of Xhath and Flet. Currently, high-intensity work is being done to isolate and extinguish the fires in several directions, despite the difficult terrain.
