Dramatic situation in Delvina, as fires have surrounded the town. The flames are even very close to oil wells, which if caught on fire could cause a catastrophe.
Residents of the Mukërs and Llakë neighborhoods have been evacuated, while firefighters from Konispol and Himara have also come to help the Delvina firefighters.
Many of the residents of the city of Delvina are trying to leave, while chaos has been created on the streets due to the panic created by the flames.
The latter, according to reports, also endanger the Delvina hospital. Oxygen cylinders are being removed from the latter, with the aim of avoiding another situation, if the flames engulf the hospital building. There is also an evacuation of patients and hospital staff, as the flames are very close to the hospital building.

Numerous police forces are located in Delvina, including those of the Rapid Intervention Unit, who are working to evacuate residents from the most affected areas.
Reports indicate that additional firefighting forces, military troops, and a helicopter are being deployed to contain the flames, especially at oil wells, and are dropping water from the air.
