The brother of the police officer involved in the incident the day before, where an 18-year-old waiter was raped in Vlora, says that the person who shot the teenager is not his brother, Ardian Isufi, a State Police officer.

The waiter's behavior irritated the person next to my brother. My brother, to avoid the conflict, got up and told him "get out of there, you have to behave yourself, you are small". He adds that immediately after the incident, the parties sat down and even apologized to the teenager's father. " The person who hit the waiter is not my brother. My brother gets up from the table and tells the waiter to be careful with customers. He neither cursed nor hit him. The person who got irritated is the other person. The waiter, in conversation, in conflict with the gentleman. My brother stepped in. At this moment he says "Why what is he?". They sat at the table with the boy's father, they talked, they parted as friends. They didn't have any problems with the manager of the bar either. Because my brother, being a police officer for 15 years, knows very well how to avoid a conflict ," said Isufi.
" I demand that the truth come out. When the truth comes out, even the Prime Minister of Albania will react differently. The Prime Minister does not know that the person who slapped him is not my brother. My brother is the person who comes in to separate them. I want the footage to come out where 15 people hit my brother, moreover they knew that he was a police officer, 2 years traffic chief. The Prime Minister of Albania must receive the full information and act. I am convinced that he does not have the full information ," he added.
