The judicial process has started against Dan Hutra, the author of the murder of 3 women 1 year ago. The session was adjourned due to non-formation of the jury as one of the members of the jury is sick.
The next session will be next Thursday at 12:30.
Meanwhile, in the courtroom, Dan Hutra did not hesitate to threaten journalists.
"I have not testified in SPAK that I am not enough to testify, but it will turn out to be true. Don't lie too much. Your moment will come," Dan Hutra told reporters.
Dan Hutra is awaiting trial for the massacre of March 1, 2023, where within a few hours he wounded with a gun the citizens Elena Hysa, 35 years old, and Kujtime Hysa, 60 years old (his ex-partner and her mother) and killed with firearms, 30-year-old Mevlute Hysën, (sister of his former co-habitant) and 30-year-old Hasime Dafku, (fiancée of the ex-cohabitant's brother).
After this incident in Kodër Kamëz, the author moved to "Besëlidhja" street, Bathore, where he stopped at the Kurti family's apartment, where he shot and killed the citizen Etleva Kurti, 31 years old. In 2007, Dan Hutra was convicted after killing his ex-wife Dafina Havalja with a gun, stabbing her twice in the heart and liver.
The scheme of how the murders happened
At 12:15 p.m., the perpetrator Dan Hutra, on "Teodor Keko" street, near the overpass to "Palace with Arrows", stabbed Marjana Gurakuqi, 40 years old, resident of Astir. Immediately after this event, the author left with the "Benz" type vehicle with license plate AA 531 UK, which he had rented, and at around 12:35 he went to "Rustem Haklaj" street, in Kodër-Kamzë, to the apartment of his ex-partner.
Dan Hutra wounded citizens Elena Hysa, 35 years old, and Kujtime Hysa, 60 years old (his former partner and her mother) with firearms and killed Mevlute Hysa, 30 years old, (sister of his former partner) with firearms ) and Hasime Dafkun, 30 years old, (fiancée of the brother of the ex-cohabitant).
After this event, the author moved in the direction of "Abdyl Elmazi" street, on Arbri street, continued on "Besëlidhja" street, Bathore and at around 12:48 he stopped at the Kurti family's apartment, where he killed with a gun the fire killed citizen Etleva Kurti, 31 years old. We emphasize that for the first event that happened on "Teodor Keko" street, the State Police received a notification at 1:40 p.m., from a call to the Operative Room of the Tirana Local Police Directorate, i.e. after the occurrence of two other events.

Dan Hutra is a well-known man for Albanian justice. He has a rich criminal record that includes various criminal offenses for rape, hostage-taking, murder, 2 sensational escape attempts, prison fights, theft, a total of 20 years of criminal history! The author of the events, Dan Hutra, is a person with a significant criminal record, convicted in 2003, with 2 years of imprisonment, for the criminal offense "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty", sentenced in 2009, with 16 years of imprisonment for murder with premeditation, in 2021 he was arrested for residential theft by the Durrës Police Department, and in 2022 he was arrested by the Durrës Police Department, for attempted residential burglary. Also, on June 16, 2022, he was arrested by the structures of the Local Police Directorate of Tirana, for violence in family committed against the former cohabitant Elena Hysa, and was released from prison on February 16, 2023.
