The hearing for the former Minister of Defense Fatmir Mediu, for the Gërdeci case, has been postponed again.
The Special Court of the first instance decided that on December 27 at 12.00, the next session will be left, leaving time for the defense lawyers to prepare the questions for the military experts, who have also determined the cause of the explosion of weapons dismantling in Gërdec.
After the session, the media emphasized to the media that it is absurd for the minister to be investigated for issues of a military nature.
"It is such an absurd situation that it is completely unacceptable for the minister to be judged on what calibers or other elements are not related to his duty. These issues are of a military nature. We are a NATO member country and civil and military responsibilities are separated. We are in a reality that is absurd.

But in these circumstances, it was judged that it was correct to have an answer from all the experts rather than having two parallel processes", said Mediu.
