Yesterday, the competition for the election of the new head of the National Bureau of Investigation was finally made official, where the commission of the oldest people in SPAK, consisting of Altin Dumani, Arben Kraja and Behar Dibra, proposed the name of Joni Keta to the High Prosecutorial Council.
The proposal was not unanimous, but the members of this commission were divided on the candidates' preferences. As journalist Elton Qyno learns, Altin Dumani and Arben Kraja voted in favor of the proposal to the KLP of the candidacy of officer Joni Keta.
Meanwhile, the other member of this commission, Behar Dibra, separated from the other two members, voting for the candidacy of Judicial Police Officer, Gentjan Ndoj.
It is learned that after the vote, Dumani and Keta held a meeting in his office, where the head of SPAK congratulated him on his victory and taking office for a 5-year term.
It is expected that the official appointment of Joni Keta as head of the National Bureau of Investigation will be "notarized" on December 2 by members of the Prosecutorial Council.
Kur treshia e SPAK nuk ka dalë me vendimarrje kolegjiale, atëhere KLP mund të shtoi edhe një kandidat tjetër dhe të votohet për tre kandidatë. Fitues besoj do dali Gledis Nano.
Fituesi ishte i paracaktuar. Drejtesi "e re" me ustallare te vjetet!
