A worrying situation has been reported by a group of over 60 Albanian passengers, whose flight from Istanbul to Tirana with the Turkish Airlines company was cancelled.
The passengers, who are in transit, have been stranded for more than 12 hours at the airport, without receiving any concrete solution from the relevant authorities.
According to the denunciation published in the media, after the cancellation of the flight, the company Air Albania and Turkish Airlines are throwing the responsibility on each other, leaving the passengers without any support.

Furthermore, it is reported that neither hotel nor food nor tickets for other flights have been offered to them.
Among the passengers is a sick person, just released from the hospital, as well as a woman who has lost consciousness. The situation has caused deep indignation and anger among commuters, who feel they are being treated "like cattle".
This situation highlights once again the recurring problems with flight management and the treatment of passengers by airlines, which do not seem to take responsibility for the consequences of delays and cancellations.
Full denunciation:
"Hello, we are a group of travelers at Istanbul airport. Our flight to Tirana has been canceled and we are treated like cattle at the airport.
Those of us with Albanian passports are not given any solution. Please publish it, we are over 60 people. We come from America and the whole world, we are staying for 12 hours and no solution.

Air Albania tells us to deal with Turkish, Turkish tells us to deal with Air Albania. Look at a sick person released from the hospital on the benches of the airport. It was first postponed for three hours, then canceled altogether. All passengers are transiting in Istanbul.
Here they say go to the gate, but there they took us all, told us we will go to the hotel and took us out of the transit area. It leaves us here at the mercy of fate.
A woman also fainted, look at her. It is now live. Not a hotel, not anything, they don't even give us tickets for tomorrow."
This event is unacceptable and requires an urgent response from the relevant authorities and the airlines involved./JOQ
