He received 2 million Lek, which, with all interest, went to pay 2 million and 600 thousand Lek (old). In 2016, Mehdi fully repaid the loan and proves this with a series of documents.
But from 2019 until today, he is no longer calm after learning that this financing company has sued him and asks him to pay the amount received. The whistleblower signed a notarial statement with the former chairman of the board of the company in question, where the latter admits that Mehdi has paid off every obligation.
In addition, Mehdi also has a calendar statement that proves the installments paid for the entire period, as well as a certificate from the Bank of Albania, which also proves that Mehdi Behluli has no unliquidated loans in his name. After this publication, the micro-credit company opened a trial against the show "Stop" in the Court of First Instance, Criminal Chamber.
The case was assigned to Sokol Pasho, who fired him. The said company appealed the dismissal decision. At the time that the case is on appeal, the micro-credit company sends it again to the court of first instance, where the same judge, Sokol Pasho, takes it once again.
