A few days ago, the former director of the Lushnja Municipal Police was appointed as Director of Support Services (DSHM) at RTSH. This position deals with the management of RTSH resources, fuel, reconstructions and many tenders directly related to the internal management of the institution.
Shpëtim Muka is a character who left his post as the chief of police of the Lushnje Municipality on May 5th after a scandal, where the latter requested sexual favors by exploiting his position. But not only that, he has also faced major problems related to bribery and selective fines of various businesses.
Saimir Korreshi, the MP for the Lushnja district, denounced this scandal from the Parliament podium, using irony as well. We quote MP Korreshi's speech: "This Shpëtim Muka, chief of the Municipal Police, is not enough for the dirty things he does, he wants to give us pilaf too," referring to the way Shpëtim Muka demanded sexual favors from citizens by taking advantage of his job position.
For several days now, Shpëtim Muka has been at the head of the DSHM at RTSH, following a competition full of doubts. Voices at RTSH confirm that the group led by the chairman of the Council and at the same time advisor to Niko Peleshi, Fatjon Hoxhallari, catapulted a person with a serious precedent.
RTSH has already turned into an unbearable situation, where the positions for the members of the Council have turned into desires and lusts, where the girlfriends of the latter are appointed everywhere in RTSH. It is enough to have a friend Fatjon and Nikon and you will be appointed everywhere.
RTSH is in crisis to pay employees' per diems and honoraria, but not for Eni Vasili's chief of staff, Enola Bejko, and Fatjon Hoxhallari, who take luxury trips to Venice, while RTSH is in crisis.

Enola Bejko ne RTSH njihet si "rrobaqepsja e tenderave". Fillimisht keshilltarja juridike u njoh si eksperte ne "qepjen" e tenderave, pasi flitet se i sistemonte tenderat qe kriteret ti plotesonte vetem ai subjekt i cili ishte parashpallur fitues, permendim ketu tenderin e dekoderit, tenderin e rebrandimit, tenderin e karburantit, tenderin e paisjeve teknike etj. Eshte e dyta nga RTSH qe duhet te shkonte ne burg direkt po te kishim shtet, ose e maksimumi e treta. Pasi dihet qe arkitektja e se keqes ne RTSH dhe pse nuk ka dale si e tille tek Albanian Files eshte Eni Vasili, nje vemje me ere te qelbur e mbushur plot me jarge e qyrre nga sforcimi i teper per te mbajtur postin e drejtoreshes dhe per te synuar postin e amasadores. Cdo gje mund te ndodhe, bejme sikur jetojme ne Tirone! Konkursi ne fjale ne RTSH eshte hapur pasi ishte gjetur personi dhe kriteret ishin vendosur per te, por e piset eshte qe ne RTSH kane filluar prape pagesat per te marre vendin e punes gje qe kishte ca vite qe ishin nderprere, por me hyrjen ne loje te seksereve te tipit Kollarja etj u riaktivizuan. U riaktivizua dhe ish drejtoresha e burimeve njerezore, nje sherbetore dhe e devotshme e Eni Vasilit se ciles ju dha nje post tjeter i rendesishem pasi iku per ca kohe por e pa qe pervec se ne RTSH ne e Vasilit nuk punonte dot me ate lloj integriteti qe ka. Blerja e re e RTSH eshte thjesht ndarje llokmash, por duhet permendur qe Eni Vasili hoqi nga ky vend Benereten qe ishte nga te vetmet qe ne fillimet e saj qe i qendroi afer dhe e ndihmoi vertet pa interes, pasi kishin punuar dikur bashke ne RTSH. Por dihet muhabeti i gjarprit! Situata ne RTSH eshte absurde ne rastin me te mire dhe kriminale ne rastin e keq. Duhet vene dore urgjentisht, qe te hapet dera e burgut dhe jo ajo e ambasades. Deri atehere Eni do vazhdoje te qelbet, Enola do vazhdoje udhetimet e luksit, Kollarja do vazhdoje te beje leke, Aida sherbetoren, Fatjoni dhe keshilli do vazhdojne te mos bejne asgje. Zoti e ruajt RTSH-ne dhe punonjesit e saj.
"I perpikte si gjithmone zoti hetues" por ka dhe ca gjera qe si thua ose qe i le qellimisht pa thene. Per tenderin e dekoderit psh pse nuk e permend?! Apo iku ai muhabet! Tenderin e rebrandimit qe eshte mbyllur por logo te re spo shofim, apo ashtu eshte nje muhabet?! Po per Blerten e lajmeve qe e detyroi te largohet pasi i hoqi me pare te motren qe punonte aty para Blertes. Po per shkaterrimin e grafikes?! Po per presionin ndaj drejtorit te teknikes?! Po per keqperdorimin qe i ben orkestres qe e ka kthyer si cingijet e Nuri Beut ne Koncert ne vitin 36. Per regjizoret qe i komandon nje i paafte. Ne ketu ne RTSH i dime por duhen permendur qe ti marrin vesh te gjithe.
