Real Madrid continues to keep Michael Oliseh at the top of their target list, who is in excellent form at the 2026 World Cup. However, Bayern Munich has no intention of giving up one of the team's most important players easily.
According to Spanish media, Bayern Munich president Herbert Hainer recently met with his Real Madrid counterpart Florentino Pérez in Madrid. During the conversation, one of the main topics was the future of the French striker.
The Bavarian club's president is said to have been categorical in his stance, letting Perez know that Oliseh is not for sale.
" I told Florentino not to waste time. Oliseh is not for sale and we will not sell him ," Hainer was quoted as saying.
However, Spanish daily AS reports that Bayern's management are aware that the situation could change if the player himself requests a departure this summer.
According to the same source, after the 2026 World Cup, Oliseh is expected to hold a meeting with club officials to discuss his future. The 23-year-old is interested in several elite European clubs, while Real Madrid are currently considered the favorite to secure his signature.
The Frenchman's impressive performances at the World Cup have significantly increased his market value, making him one of the hottest names in the summer transfer window. The Santiago Bernabeu believe that Oliseh could be the ideal reinforcement for the attacking department next season.
