Artan Hoxha has spoken about the arrest of Gëzim Çela in Kosovo, a person described by the media as a "drug lord".
Hoxha said that Çela has corrupted law enforcement agencies and had political connections, and even financed electoral campaigns.
In an interview for the show "The Unexposed", the journalist said that this is the reason why Çela was not caught even though it was widely known where he was.

Çela bribed people from law enforcement agencies, then the prosecutor's office and the court. There were political connections.
