Myslim Murrizi: Felaj's memos refute the words that Rama knew nothing about the incinerator

Myslim Murrizi, speaking about the SPAK Tirana incinerator file, stated that the Minister of State, Ermonela Felaj, sent Edi Rama a memo about the company which did not exist.
