The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has launched investigations after the broadcast on the show "STOP" of the scandalous case in the KLP, where one of the members requested sexual favors from a citizen.
This is about Olger Eminaj, who in the materials provided by the "Media and Justice Association" and broadcast on the show, appears in communications with erotic content with a woman, who had sought help from the KLP regarding a case against the Tirana prosecutor, Rovena Zoto.
According to journalist Elton Qyno, the criminal proceedings were recorded mainly on the basis of broadcast footage, where in addition to conversations, intimate material is also shown. The case has attracted the attention of justice institutions, while the National Bureau of Investigation has also been involved in the process.
According to sources, by order of the prosecutor in charge, a BKH officer has been assigned to administer the materials obtained by the journalists of the show "STOP". These materials are expected to be made available to investigators, while other procedural actions will be carried out in the future.
In the coming days, all persons involved in this case, including Olger Eminaj and the woman who appears in the published material, are expected to be summoned for questioning. The scandal has shaken the entire justice system, but only the KLP and ILD are not reacting.
