The much-discussed sexual scandal at KLP is published...
The show "Stop" has published today the atrocities inside the justice offices.
" Pamphlet " announced a few days ago the existence of an investigation, carried out by experts from the "Media and Justice" Association, which talks about a sexual affair in the offices of the High Prosecutorial Council. This investigation was published a little while ago by the show and involves KLP member Olger Eminaj.
In December 2023, Olger Eminaj was elected Member of the High Prosecutorial Council from among the prosecutors of the Prosecutor's Offices at the Courts of First Instance of General Jurisdiction.
A citizen with the initials RM lost her child due to violence from her husband. She did not report it to the police or the prosecutor's office, because she was concerned about her health. Her ex-husband reported her for stalking, without any evidence. Prosecutor Rovena Zoto launched an investigation against her and not only that.
During the hearings at the Tirana Court, she claims that the situation worsened after prosecutor Zoto felt offended by a mention that RM made of her father's name.
According to the citizen, this brought a harsh reaction from the prosecutor, who threatened the complainant with prison, and then opened another criminal proceeding. After this injustice, she turned to the High Inspector of Justice, Artur Metani. But the latter did nothing. She turned to the Chief Prosecutor of Tirana. But he did nothing either. Then she turned to the chairwoman of the KLP, Mirela Bogdani, and member Olger Eminaj because the latter had the prosecutor's assessment in his hands.
At this stage, she says, she was then contacted on Facebook by Olger Eminaj himself. After exchanging contacts, the communication moved to WhatsApp.
According to materials provided by the "Media and Justice Association", the communications between RM and Olger Eminaj have taken on a deeply erotic nature.
The KLP member Eminaj has sent her photos of his sexual organ and has had conversations with sexual content, even during official hours and within the premises of the institution where he works. He asks her for cocks, sex toys, and even gossips about his colleagues.
Citizens are waiting for answers on how it is possible for official premises to be used in such a sexual way? Who is aware of this situation? What concrete measures will be taken against each person involved? Why has the KLP been silent all this time? Will measures be taken against the gentleman in question?
This case is not just another scandal, but a serious test of the very functioning of justice institutions and their ability to react to abuses within their ranks. Any delay in reaction or silence only further tarnishes the image of the KLP and reinforces the perception of an institution in crisis which, instead of imposing standards and public trust, risks becoming an example of institutional failure. / Pamphlet

Nuk u be reforme ne drejtesi. Thjesht hoqen ata qe i sherbenin pales tjeter politike dhe mbajten te korruptuarit e tyre. Nese do behej reforme e vertete, te gjithe do shkarkoheshin dhe do futeshin ne burg, sepse te gjithe jane te korruptuar deri ne palce! Kur benin deklarimet e shpenzimeve, te gjithe thonin se jetonin si pjesa tjeter e popullsise, por te gjithe e dime qe ata shpenzonin shume here me teper nga sa deklaruan. Dmth kane fshehur te ardhurat nga korrupsioni. "Vettingu" ishte thjesht per t'i hedhur hi syve popullit dhe per t'u pasuruar anetaret e KPK, KPA dhe bastardet e ONM!
