SPAK has announced the search for the former socialist MP Arben Ndoka, who was arrested 6 years ago for the alienation of land in Rana eta. The former socialist MP Arben Ndoka, seems to be facing justice for the second time in Albania, but keeping another precedent in Italy.
On October 21, 2018, he was arrested as involved in the case of property alienation in Rana e Hedhun. A month later, by the decision of the appeal court, he would be released.
But another case where his name brought a lot of debate was the incident in parliament. in September 2014 he punched the democratic deputy Gent Strazimiri in the corridor of the parliament. The reason was at that time the declarations of the elected DP were made in the session in the Assembly.
Just one year later, in September 2015, he resigned after news that he was involved in favoring prostitution and hostage-taking in Italy.
Through a letter, he has denied having developed illegal activity. Further, another serious event brought Arben Ndoka to attention.
On December 9, 2017, his brother was killed with a Kalashnikov burst. Aleksandër Ndoka, at that time 48 years old, was executed with a Kalashnikov volley in his vehicle
Ndoka was a member of the municipal council of Lezha from a small party, and two months ago he was appointed director of IKMT for the north in the center of Shkodra.
Meanwhile, his brother Xhevahir Ndoka was arrested together with him for the land file in Rana e Hedhur, while the latter is also wanted for the "Metamorfoza 2" file./ Ora News
