The former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, appeared today at SPAK. He is officially accused of the sterilization case.
SPAK has suspicions of violations in the process of the sterilization concession worth 100 million euros and a 10-year term won by businessman Ilir Rrapaj.
The prosecution says that in granting the concession, the accused did not respect the law and abused their duty. Meanwhile, according to the accusation, Ilir Beqaj had a strong acquaintance and friendship with the businessman.
