SPAK seized the assets of Berisha and Malltez, the journalist tells what will happen if they are found guilty

Journalist Ermal Vija said that currently 24 assets of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha's son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltez, are under seizure.

Asked about the "Partizani" file, he indicated the procedures that this judicial process will go through, while adding that if these assets are proven to have corruption as their source, they will be confiscated and transferred to the account of the state.

"Currently, the assets of Jamarbër Malletz are in the sequestration phase. In the event that the judicial process will continue, because within 10 days, the lawyers will make the SPAK complaints, then the Special Prosecutor's Office will go to the Court and it will be this that will decide whether to take the case to trial.
